As a key member of the Talent Intelligence team at ServiceNow, my role focuses on providing valuable insights and support to our Talent Acquisition (TA) and business teams on a global scale. Here’s a summary of my responsibilities- I deliver actionable insights by leveraging various external talent market sources and crafting compelling narratives to aid in decision-making- I track and analyze talent competitors across the Asia-Pacific, Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, which helps inform strategic initiatives- I design and produce ad hoc reports tailored to specific needs, while also contributing to the creation of comprehensive TA research dashboards for ongoing monitoring and analysis.Furthermore, I bring expertise in conducting thorough and unbiased research, which includes market research, competitive intelligence, talent intelligence, and talent sourcing. My passion for innovative research methodologies is reflected in my proficiency with both paid and free resources, utilizing techniques such as Boolean and semantic search to uncover hidden insights.I excel at presenting actionable data in a visually compelling way, using various data visualization tools such as Infogram, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Additionally, I actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity hiring efforts, acknowledging the importance of building inclusive and diverse teams.
