ABOUT BARKHA SHRAVANI SAHU

I am an experienced corporate law professional specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity and Venture Capital (PE/VC) investments, Technology Laws, and Labor laws and have successfully handled high-value corporate and commercial transactions. In my previous role at Inventus Law, Bangalore, I worked on company restructuring, incorporation of companies in the US and its subsidiaries in India, and drafted technology law contracts. During my tenure at Tempus Law Associates, Hyderabad, I represented clients in significant acquisitions, drafted transaction documents, handled various commercial contracts, and assisted in labor and employment-related matters. I have also gained valuable experience through internships at prestigious law firms. I am pursuing the Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP-E) certification and hold a Diploma in Intellectual Property: Law and Management. With a proven track record of providing legal guidance and ensuring compliance, I bring expertise in legal drafting, research, compliance, and client handling. I have held the position of Vice-President at the Centre for Banking & Finance, SLS, Hyderabad, and have actively participated in extracurricular activities such as street play competitions and Odissi classical dance training.
