ABOUT BARIŞ SAÇIKARA
I graduated from Karadeniz Technical University with the Department of Computer Science and currently studying Automotive Software engineering at the Chemnitz University of Technology. During my bachelor\'s study, I attended a contest related to entrepreneurship which was supported by the government (KOSGEB Small and Medium Industry Development Organization), won, and got an entrepreneurship education and grant. With the help of this grant as a prize from the contest, I was able to set up my own business when I was only 20 years old. The company was focusing on IoT and embedded projects. Furthermore, I also did volunteer during my study, assisting in projects to help disabled people. And I supported organizing the Mustafa Akgül free software winter camp which is giving software training focused on open source and free software topics. I always had a passion for embedded systems, IoT, and machine learning projects. I worked as an embedded software developer in the areas of Python, C++, and QT technologies.
