Have been a Technical Project Manager (TPM) for the Core Integrations team and one of two TPMs in charge of APEX releases. APEX is the main B2B platform of AXS for ticket sales. Core Integrations (CI) team have been working on improving old platforms to support Los Angeles 2028 Olympics ticket sales. In the CI team I mainly have Scrum Master duties. I also work with various stakeholders to gather requirements and manage dependencies.Have been involved in managing and improving releases for APEX. Many tech teams contribute code to APEX. Its release management is complex. I have contributed to making APEX releases more structured and predictable.Keywords: C#, React, AWS Open Search, Kafka, Jira, Git
