I work at the intersection of technology, operations, and large scale execution.Over the past few years, I have led enterprise level projects for some of the largest QSR and food brands across India and the Middle East. My focus has been on stabilizing and scaling complex systems such as online ordering platforms, POS deployments, aggregator integrations, and multi store rollouts in high volume environments.In my current role, I handle enterprise project delivery and operations leadership, working closely with product, engineering, operations, and external partners. I take ownership from planning and stakeholder alignment through execution, incident resolution, and post launch stability, ensuring business continuity and predictable outcomes.Prior to corporate roles, I founded FoodHung, which gave me deep on ground exposure to how food tech businesses actually operate. Building from scratch taught me how customer experience, restaurant operations, logistics, and technology intersect in real life. That founder experience strongly shapes how I approach problem solving today, with a practical and execution first mindset.I am most effective in environments where complexity is high, expectations are clear, and accountability matters. I enjoy creating structure, driving clarity, and delivering outcomes in FoodTech, SaaS, marketplace, and platform based businesses.
