As Talent Attraction Manager, I handle end-to-end recruiting for positions along the recruiting lifecycle and act as a strategic driver in our Infineon Talent Network Community. I consult with hiring managers in the selection of senior and junior profiles by pre-screening/ranking CVs, conducting HR interviews (behavioral, pattern, structured and guided interviews) in final stages and act as POC regarding IG Metal salary details to final candidate. I not only drive the selection and interview process, but also work closely with internal stakeholders such as Infineon Works Council and the HR Service Center to ensure the start of new joiners.
