I specialize in preventive labor and employment defense and compliance work and represent and counsel private, not-for-profit and public sector employers on varied regulatory, administrative and litigation issues that affect all aspects of the employment relationship. I advise employers on personnel issues, wage and hour matters, employee relations and affirmative action; conduct on-site audits and investigations; draft Handbooks and human resources policies and procedures; and, present workshops on varied employment subjects.
