Having worked in education in a variety of roles over the past 20 years I have developed a thorough knowledge of the fundamental issues and challenges faced by practitioners. I have experienced first hand the significant changes that have occurred within the education sector and understand the difficulties that institutions and their employees have in ensuring good success, retention, achievement and attendance rates and the meeting of value added targets.In managerial positions, I have witnessed the somewhat significant increase in staff workload and have always endeavoured to provide meaningful and practical solutions to increase time and cost efficiencies. It is my goal to provide expertise and guidance to ensure learners achieve their maximum potential through effective management of policy and process and to support staff to enable them to be excellent practitioners.
