Ensuring salary and allocations are correct across the Firm. Leading a payroll team of 2, providing support, training, coaching and development. Manage Firms relationship with ADP to ensure proper system utilization and implementing updates and changes as needed. Partner with internal People and Culture & Finance teams to ensure data flows timely and accurately between divisions.
