Management of 2 production lines (womenswear and menswear) both “façon” and “buy” products, knitwear, jersey and soft accessories. I oversee the entire production process of a company\'s products from the product- launch to the final embroidered product delivery. This involves planning, coordinating and controlling the manufacturing processes. Responsibility for orchestrating the various activities associated with ensuring that an embroidered product is delivered in time and that meets quality standards working closely with corporate cross-functional teams such as CAD department, product department and others. I also liaise with various embroidery factories in Italy and mostly abroad.Work with production and planning teams to maximize efficiencies of production across the range of heritage, fashion and bespoke orders. Provide technical support and assist in investigative and problem solving work. Role to ensure that all materials used for embroideries are compliant with Valentino and worlwide standards. I am in charge of a test result comparision to the policies and with the most important international norms such as REACH e GB.
