At Need It Now Delivers, LLC, leadership in customer experience was my mandate. My role encompassed steering the organization\'s customer journey and voice of the customer initiatives. Spanning over five years in this capacity, my focus was training and supporting the Customer Service and Account Management teams. Our goal was always to exceed the customer\'s expectations.
