With more than three decades of leadership in aquatics, recreation, and risk management, I specialize in helping aquatic facilities operate safer, stronger, and more sustainably. As the Owner of Aquastar Consulting, I partner with municipalities, resorts, and private facilities to improve safety standards, operational efficiency, and staff development through inspections, consulting, and professional training.My work focuses on aquatic risk management, waterslide and facility safety, lifeguard leadership development, and operational best practices aligned with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
