After being asked to start the social media initiative at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. I made the move from merchandising to marketing and hit the ground running. That first step evolved into a strong and diverse set of marketing skills and experience: social media, content creation, integrated marketing, brand strategy, email, digital, partnerships, and communication. I have demonstrated a record of growth and success in these areas.I\'ve made a strong impact building partnerships, creating unique campaigns and content, designing social responsibility efforts, and collaborating with outside teams and cross-functional partners to make it happen. I consistently deliver results in connecting with our audience, increasing brand awareness and engagement, growing communities and influencer programs, and being at the front line of newness and trends. I have had success at large corporations as well as smaller organizations and startups.I also have years of experience in online merchandising and managing photo shoots. I helped establish the in-house digital photo studio for Williams-Sonoma, Inc, which was a major step forward in improving the online photography process across all brands.
