We source properties through estate agents, property sourcers, direct sellers and auctions. Property developer, acquiring small and mid-sized commercial, mixed use and industrial properties to convert to residential and mixed-use before selling on. We also acquire entire blocks of flats with the freehold to split the titles and sell them as single units. We primarily work in the Sussex, Surrey, and Kent areas of South-Eastern England.※ We started investing in property in South Africa. Our projects included a residential house (back to bricks reconfigure and refurbish), an office unit (reconfigure and refurbish), a buy-to-let townhouse and a serviced accommodation cottage (AirBnb Superhost). This provided a strong foundation to enter full-time property investment upon our relocation to the UK in 2021.※ We have invested heavily in property education to understand the dynamics of investing and developing in the UK. ※ Our first UK project was a Victorian house in Burgess Hill, which we reconfigured and refurbished. We finished in 11/24 and sold it in the 1st week at the asking price, making £50k profit.※ We fund our projects with private investor loans*, our own money, and bridging/development lender finance. ※ I work with my husband and business partner, Danny Tuckwood. Building several businesses has refined our skills in financial acumen, opportunity assessment, and risk management.
