USAID Peru Mission Coaching ActivityServe as the Team Lead. The purpose of the activity was to improve overall performance and morale within the Mission by instilling a culture of leadership, learning, accountability, and well-being. Designed, managed, and delivered a wellness program, and designed a training curriculum with a focus on improving collaboration, learning, and adaptation skills. These training sessions reached over 60% of the Mission. Managed a team of four coaches, two trainers, and two program assistants. Venezuela Monitoring and Evaluation Project (VMEP)Facilitating all-Spanish teambuilding workshops for VMEP in Bogota, Colombia to align team members into one cohesive project team by improving trust and communication. Designing a virtual workshop for implementing partners using Microsoft Teams.Tetra Tech Professional Womens\' Network (PWN) Coaching ProgramServe as the Co-Chair. Manage four coaches and offer individual, peer, and group coaching to PWN members to improve leadership, social, emotional, professional, and physical well-being skills. Since the program\'s inception in 2021, the coaching program has reached close to 200 individual participants across Tetra Tech. Present annual evaluation findings and recommendations to PWN leadership.USAID Malawi Staff Retreat Facilitation ActivityServed as the Team Lead for the contract. The purpose of the activity was to improve overall performance and morale within the Mission by facilitating twelve team, office, and Mission-wide retreats for 165 staff in Lilongwe from October 2019 and February 2020. Managed a team of three facilitators and two project managers. Managed and implemented executive coaching for USAID/Malawi senior staff. Submitted post-retreat reports, launched post-retreat follow-up surveys, and submitted survey results reports to senior leadership.
