ABOUT BARBARA MARGETTS

I am a creative video professional, producer, director and writer with well over two decades of experience in factual / reality TV series production, corporate video production, content creation, and brand storytelling. I bring a wealth of experience managing creative teams, vendors, and client relationships, and delivering high-quality content for multiple platforms at scale. I have experience in both live-action and studio production, multi camera and remote shoots, animation and motion graphics, and always bring a passion for creating high quality, creative, and compelling work. In my recent role as Senior Video Producer at Dayforce, I helped lead video production for global brand marketing and internal communications, including customer success stories, product videos, talking-head internal messaging videos, and bite-sized visual assets for social media marketing campaigns. My ability to oversee end-to-end production across time zones and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product marketing, communications, plus designers, editors, writers and animators, makes me very adept in guiding many kinds of projects from concept to completion. In addition, I have extensive interviewing experience and excel at getting the best out of people on camera.
