I educate buyers and sellers about financing, insurance, real estate choices and more. I prepare and present market analysis reports. I have attended several hundred home inspections! An award winning Realtor, I provide a high level of customer service and have been reocognized as a top Realtor by Seattle Magazine. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert. I am also relocation certified, an accredited buyers agent, and hold advanced techonology certifications (e-pro) from the NAR. I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert. I work with the Realtors Government Affairs Committee and lobby for housing concerns.
