ABOUT BARBARA KEPHART
I grew up in a chaotic Italian Irish family and needed to learn how to manage them, and I became quite good at it. So I created a company called Projects Pivot where we take the chaos out of managing projects. With 20+ years of practical project management experience, I have led projects across industries like medical software, clinical trials, and cybersecurity. With faculty-level experience teaching technical project management and stakeholder engagement, I am dedicated to helping companies pivot, prioritize, and complete projects with Chief Project Officer-level expertise, project professionals, practical training, and hands-on management—without the executive-level price tag. I am a former healthcare provider in medical diagnostics for over 20 years, specializing as both a nuclear medicine technologist working with radioisotopes and as an ultrasonographer.
