I’ve spent more than 20 years in leadership roles across consumer, retail, and tech, with a strong focus on building and growing brands and businesses. I’ve worked across regions, often starting from scratch and taking products and brands through different stages of growth and change.Along the way, I’ve held CMO and CGO roles at companies including Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Zalando.Today, I’m an active board director on international boards, where I support leadership teams on topics like growth, brand, customer focus and GtM execution. I aim to bring clarity, energy, and a practical mindset, connecting strategy, governance, and real-world execution.Most recently, I founded One More Reason, a women’s premium sportswear brand. As an endurance runner, I noticed a gap in the market where performance, design, quality, and everyday wear rarely come together. The brand grew out of that observation and a simple desire to build something better.Outside of work, I’m a private pilot and a curious traveler. For more than 15 years, I’ve also been involved with Plan International, supporting their work around children’s rights.
