ABOUT BARBARA BREMNER

I am a problem solver skilled at building the foundations and optimizing operations to drive business growth. I also have a passion for supporting people development, whether it is championing employees or coaching and advising leadership. This is why I am excited to lead Operations and HR where I can have a direct impact providing strategic guidance to set companies and their people up for success. Having worked in many industries and business types – large corporations, small businesses, non-profit associations, and scaling ups – I bring a range of skills and experience. I am at my best when challenged. I enjoy stretch assignments, taking on new projects, and continuous learning. I excel in a remote-first environment and have been collaborating with remote and distributed teams from a home office for 12+ years. My ability to quickly establish rapport with colleagues, employees, clients, and stakeholders contributes to my success collaborating, coaching, and building trusted relationships. I am energized by an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. My passion for helping students and early career professionals has remained since working in higher education and I continue to provide resume writing and career coaching services.
