I began my career in client management as employee #20 at a college health startup, eventually scaling teams through a Fortune 100 acquisition and leading $340M in annual renewals. Over the next decade, I led client, operations, and recruiting teams across industries like SaaS, EdTech, and Biotech, helping companies build and hire top talent.After years of leading hiring teams and training recruiters, I saw a growing gap between what job seekers know and what hiring managers actually look for. That inspired me to launch FigureU.com, a job coaching practice that helps students and professionals feel trained, prepared, and confident through hands-on, practical training sessions. Whether through 1:1 coaching or group sessions, my focus is helping people clarify their story, strengthen their understanding of the job search process and acquire new skills.
