In my position as a business immigration attorney, I strive to make the immigration process a smooth experience for both the foreign national and the sponsoring company. I have extensive experience with the unique issues that face foreign physicians and nurses trying to navigate the complex US immigration process, and PERM (labor certification) cases, permanent residence cases, Schedule A and all types of nonimmigrant visas, such as H, L, E, O, R and TN.
