I have worked within the education sector for over 20 years. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge in setting up and operating work ready initiatives that lead to above national average job outcome success. NLB \'Nobody Left Behind\' is a CIC offering multisport as an engagement tool for unemployed under 25s before industry education and employment. A wide range of sport camps are provided to engage with unemployed males and females. NLB supports NEETs, care leavers and ex offenders into employment. Our organisation is also becoming established in prisons. Funded by numerous public bodies including Merseyside VRP, Merseyside Police, National Probation, local authorities and housing associations. NLB Accomodation is a new offering that will provide housing and accomodation solutions to care leavers, ex offenders and other \'at risk\' groups. Our goal is to create safer communities and to provide education, employment and housing solutions.
