I am a member of the Americas Learning team and a member of the Learning Design Lab. Our goal is to develop; learning experiences where learners are so inspired by what they learned that they are compelled to pass it on to others. We approach everything through the lens of the learner, communicate and operate as one voice across EY, rigorously apply the science of learning and evidence-based practices, make learning accessible to all learners and seek efficiency in all that we do. I have been supporting three practice areas in developing learning solutions: Tax, TAS, and Assurance. I have also been supporting the measurement and evaluation workstream.
