Prepare all commitments to vendors, including subcontract agreements, PO’s and Change Orders.\\\\n· Manage project specific compliance such as insurance, safety plans. licensing, etc.\\\\n· Effectively manage relationship between GC, Owner/Client and attorneys for AIA Contract negotiations and finalization.\\\\n· Obtain necessary documentation and work closely with surety company to obtain bond related documents needed for projects.\\\\n· Track and assist with legal matters inclusive of insurance claims, contract terminations, transfers and legal disputes.\\\\n· Works with Controlled Insurance Program administrators (OCIP or CCIP) to ensure compliance.\\\\n· Set up all new projects within Procore from budgets, drawings, administrative documents, project specific documents, etc.\\\\n· Assist project teams with project close out.\\\\n· Assist Project Manager / Estimator and Superintendent to secure and organize all project close out documents.\\\\n· Assist Project Team with all permits.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
