Provide outreach to Anne Arundel County businesses to retain and grow our incumbent companies. Foster relationships with businesses within the County\'s Revitalization Districts and encourage utilization of AAEDC\'s Arundel Community Revitalization and State Revitalization Tax Credit Programs. Manage and promote AAEDC\'s Inclusive Ventures Program to help small and minority-owned, woman-owned, and Veteran-owned businesses in Anne Arundel County succeed and grow by offering a robust menu of resources including business education and training, access to capital, and mentorship. The goal is to help these businesses maximize opportunity, create jobs, and grow our local and state economies. Provide other services for businesses such as workforce training, financial opportunities through AAEDC, or the Maryland Department of Commerce, as well as training opportunities through Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation.
