ABOUT BARBARA OTGIANU

Master\'s degree in Clinical Psychology with top honors at Sapienza University of Rome. Passionate about people, communication and motorsport, I like to integrate and match my knowledge of these fields. Therefore, on the occasion of my Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology I made a thesis in \"Motorsport. Psychological dynamics and professional development\" realized thanks to a sponsorship of ACI Vallelunga. Thanks to my work experiences and my studies I have developed a structured mindset, a people-focused attitude and a strong sense of ownership to deliver high quality results. I had the opportunity to work in multicultural contexts and develop good relationship management, motivation and problem solving skills, as well as experience in the national and international press office sector. I am an extremely curious person, I love challenges and every day I allow myself the opportunity to learn, grow and break down all kinds of limits.
