   I lead a team responsible for developing and delivering strategic communications plans and campaigns to engage T-Mobile employees in HR programs. We are part of a team building understanding of how T-Mobile\'s mission, vision and values come to life for our employees and how as One Team, Together we will deliver on our corporate priorities. We continue to integrate our T-Mobile and Sprint employees while continuing to navigate the impacts of COVID-19. Our workforce is adapting to an unprecedented level of change. Our team is dedicated to finding new ways to engage our employees and build an incredible culture rooted in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.To help build our culture, our team collaborated with our entire Employee Engagement team and cross-functionally with our design team, HR and others to deliver One Team, Together: Inside the T-Mobile Employee Experience, a printed, full-color magazine delivered to employees\' homes. The piece detailed T-Mobile\'s promise and its commitment to employees by presenting the wide variety of programs and benefits for Team Magenta. The piece is now used by recruiters.I partnered with communicators within HR to build an intake process to improve the planning and delivery of communications across their team and the delivery and effectiveness of communications to the enterprise. We\'re using automation to improve processes and enable better measurement.
