The way the Workplace is designed and communicated to the employees is essential. I have worked on many successful projects since COVID that have achieved just that - bring happy employees back into the office. A majority of my career has been Corporate Real Estate - initially on the design side then recently on the Corporate side. This unique perspective brings an enlightened view that has yielded many success stories. The employee experience starts as they drive into the parking lot and proceeds all the way into the office. It is about providing choices to the employee as to how they want to work that day.    Direct and manage high priority projects from start to finish, on time and in budget. Interface with internal stakeholders to achieve the strategic goals assigned to each project. Initial project process involves building or location assessements, due diligence, vendor and consultant management. Work directly with leadership and equity partner to direct conceptual design for 100+ acre development. Coordination with City officials for entitlements, city street creation and modifications as it relates to the Development.Responsible for key financial reporting - budgets, cash flows, and disbursements.Lead design team to capture Vision as it relates to the individual buildings and as it amasses to create the development.
