Barbara leads the compliance program for AstraZeneca across the US and several global functions and serves as a member of the US Leadership Team, Global Ethics and Transparency Team, and the Safety/Health/Environment Executive Committee. She is also co-lead for the US Compliance & Ethics Leadership Team and a strong Sustainability Ambassador.Barbara has led high-performing teams since joining AstraZeneca in 2005. She is passionate about cultivating talent and developing others, as well as influencing our sustainability strategy. In her most recent role as Americas Assurance Lead, Barbara transformed the assurance program for Latin America and the US.Prior to her global role, Barbara managed an optimized speaker program strategy across the enterprise. She provided oversight for audit activities and was Secretariat to the Compliance and Ethics Leadership Team.
