Under moderate supervision, perform day to day online/digital advertising business duties including insertion order entry, report generation, and securing online materials while working closely with sales managers, agencies, and advertisers. Works closely, and communicates effectively, with ad trafficker, pharmaceutical companies, advertising agencies, online sales staff, vendors, and all levels of AMA management and staff to ensure the monitoring and proper execution of all online/digital advertising campaigns while balancing sometimes competing priorities and projects from AMA units. • Assists advertisers directly by helping to resolve technical problems and answer questions on creative materials. • Maintains accurate records of customer billing and collection efforts. Works closely with publishing management, Finance, Sales, and online sales customers to ensure proper cash flow to the Association. Reviews all past due billing accounts and performs soft collections on all accounts 61 days or more past due. • Work as liaison between Ad Server, Ad Trafficker, Agencies, and clients to resolve all online/digital billing discrepancies within the required timeline to meet all financial deadlines.
