It takes a variety of skills, practices and products to maintain health. My interest in Energy Healing developed into a 30+ year career as a Holistic Practitioner and Educator offering Polarity Therapy, Reiki, and Transformational Breathwork. I was an adjunct faculty at two massage schools, Founder and Director of \'Holistic Alternatives,\' a ME Licensed School providing Energy Healing Trainings and Personal Enrichment Programs.
