ABOUT BARBARA IMDORF

I am a Sr. HR Manager at Coupang, the largest e-commerce platform in South Korea, where I lead and support various HR initiatives that align with the company\'s vision, mission, and values. With over 15 years of experience in HR, I have developed and applied my skills and knowledge across different sectors, such as health care, non-profit, oil and gas, government, and tech.My core competencies include performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR analytics. I hold an MBA degree from Colorado Technical University, with a focus on HR Management. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, which enables me to communicate effectively with diverse groups. I am passionate about helping others, paying it forward, and going above and beyond with each and every task.
