Spearheading initiatives such as the Legislative Rally in Pennsylvania and securing pivotal grants, our team has catalyzed significant strides in the fight against youth homelessness. My approach blends workshop facilitation prowess with adept Youth Engagement skills, ensuring that community strategies are both inclusive and effective. With over a year and a half at my current role, and previous regional coordination experience, I\'m committed to empowering communities and fostering sustainable change.

   Co-lead the PA legislative Advocacy Committee which includes supporting a growing network of dedicated individuals, relationship building with state representatives and a recent successful Legislative Rally for Pennsylvania- Assisted Lancaster County with applying for the Federal HUD Grant Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project and coordinating their Youth Action Board and Youth Homelessness Initiative- Planned three successful Youth Homelessness Summits for Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and California- Collaborative Approach to working with internal and external teams.
