My entire career has involved two parallel paths- moving the pharmacy profession forward in service to patients- bringing out the best in leaders, pharmacists and learners as they embrace change and challenges in their professional lives. I continue this dual focus as- an educator who supports student pharmacists at UBC to gain knowledge, skills and practice-readiness for career success- an organizational and leadership coach and conflict resolution professional who helps health care and academic leaders create high functioning teams, organizations and systems to achieve their strategic priorities.
