About Barbara Encinas
I have worked in higher education for the more than twenty years. My passion is changing lives though education. I have worked in many different positions both on the business side and on the academic side. My true love is teaching and coaching. I have seen the change that education brings to the lives of my students and their families. Working in an area where the unemployment level is more than 20 percent I have seen the need for education at all levels. I have seen the changes the occur when a parent finally passes their GED and how it empowers them to reach out to others and encourage them. Education is the key to our future!
