Instrumental in the development of a Medicare Advantage network, built out an affordable care option network for the Fully Funded Marketplace and managed integrated delivery systems on a regional and national basis. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that involve complex analytics and modeling. In 2009, she was able to increase revenue with her team by 150 million dollars. She recently was responsible for managing and negotiating over 400 Medicare Advantage contracts in a four months’ time frame. Most recently she was able to negotiate and close a wrap network contract which increased revenue to the company of over $1 million annually. Salvaged several high profile contracts through provider relations and understanding operational deficiencies. This salvage through operational efficiencies saved the company over a million dollars in past due claim payments. Currently, attending the UOP where she is completing her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management. She holds a 4.0 gpa. Certifications: Cardiovascular Systems, Neurosciences & Diagnostic Medicine; Workers’ Compensation & Illinois Self Insurers Assoc for Workers’ Compensation.
