As Store Development Manager for EMEA, I lead strategic growth initiatives across 25 diverse markets—including MENA, Eurasia, Southern Europe, South Africa, and the Nordics (including Iceland and Denmark). My role is focused on driving sustainable expansion, optimising store performance, and delivering data-led insights that shape our retail footprint.I partner closely with cross-functional teams and licensees to:1. Deliver accurate new store forecasting and build a robust pipeline aligned with our FY27 growth targets.2. Map strategic markets using advanced planning tools to guide expansion and renovation decisions.3. Maximise business impact through portfolio optimisation, targeted renovations, and closures that enhance ROI.4. Champion excellence by solving complex challenges with innovative store formats and renovation strategies.5. Lead collaborative portfolio reviews to ensure alignment on growth and renovation strategies across EMEA.6.
