ABOUT BARBARA BONINO

I am a program manager of the automotive area, an environment where the challenging goals are not achievable by working alone but with the unison effort of the whole team.My professional growth has followed the evolution of my Company in the last eighteen years: from Comau Engineering to Elasis, from Fiat automobiles to FCA and now Stellantis.My Skills and competencies have been built along a path started in the university, where a PHD in Industrial Production Engineering was awarded, and it has been gone on, working through different company areas, carrying out from technical tasks to management ones.My communication abilities are experienced with multicultural, international and cross-functional teams where the diversity can be the success strategic key.Summarizing my skills and strengths, I am able to work on my own initiative, with excellent organizational and methodological abilities, focused on problem solving. I have the skills to work in international programs involving multi-objectives. I have accustomed to work under pressure. I know and I handle the project management tools and pillars like scheduling, cost management, monitoring and controlling, risk analysis, quality assurance, change management. I have experiences writing business requirements for SW to be used in the programs and online trainings. I am expert on development processes description.My story is still open.
