ABOUT BARBARA BINZAK BLUMENFELD
As Head of the FDA & Biotechnology section at Buchanan, I have the pleasure of working with a diverse team of attorneys who have a wealth of experience in food and drug law issues. Since joining Buchanan in March 2003, I have capitalized on my unique background by integrating science and bioethics into my legal practice. This multi-discipline background and approach allows me to engage with clients about their technologies while also strategizing and advising on FDA requirements across the spectrum of FDA-regulated products. My goal is to help each client create and execute on a regulatory plan that also meets their business objectives.
