Support contract and O&M employees, clients, and vendors to support the successful completion of defined term and O&M projects in accordance with client contracts and PIC policies both in and outside of the US. Last 10 years in Manager role. Oversee the PIC employee care team including the administration of the I-9 Program, E-Verify Program, and PIC Policies including pre-employment/random/post incident drug testing. Interact with US and non-US candidates of various disciplines and experience levels searching for defined term employment. Work with client requests to identify candidates and prepare and finalize client contracts for projects. Provide required logistical support including acquisition of passports, visas, travel, and local living and transportation. Support candidates during the project term including payroll, home leave travel, visa renewals, insurance benefits, project issues and demobilization at the conclusion of the project. Interact with clients during the project term including invoicing, project revisions, additional personnel requests, candidate issues and project closeout. Work with various PIC and client departments in order to set up projects in accordance with client contract and PIC policies. Create new processes, as needed, to support both candidates and clients per the parameters/needs of project contract.
