Supporting several nationwide real estate initiatives including supporting the best in class concepts pertaining to workspace utilization and sustainability. Project Manager of the Real Estate Showcases, pre-tours and training events intended to engage associates on the new workplace standards and project process. Conduct post-move surveys and focus groups to assess and bring to the team, comments and concerns about the new workplace standards. Sustainability reporting- Partner and sometimes lead cross-functional teams in the development of a coherent, corporate wide facilities sustainability programs and processes by coordinating and developing department procedures and sustainability activities- Serve as a department point‐person for all sustainability activities regarding sustainability developed recording and reporting processes. Lead the Facilities Sustainability Group- Project Coordinator for the Roseland renovation and CDK divestiture renovation teams- Associate communications for Real Estate Activities such as Corporate Real Estate GREEN NEWSLETTER, move coordination and welcome kits, ribbon cutting celebrations, real estate project kick-off meetings and showcases, project surveys, associate call to action with regard to clean-up campaigns and other actionable items- Assist in the development of guidelines for workplace etiquette, recycling, electric vehicle charging and other change management activities- Represented Corporate Real Estate and Facilities support and promote the HomeShore and Flexible Work Arrangement Programs as a member of the cross-functional project team. The team includes members from the, HR, Procurement, Security, HR Reporting, Information Technology and Finance departments. Participate on various subcommittees that support a virtual work environment and alternative workplace strategies.
