Manage the delivery of the IT services portfolio.• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to develop performance standards in support of established service level agreements (SLAs).• Measure performance of services offered, as well as develop and implement strategies to improve process or cost effectiveness.• Understand the needs of the business and align delivery and implementation plans to support business goals. • Collaborate and coordinate with all department Delivery Managers to deliver highly effective and right sized solutions. • Develop and drive new solutions along with continuous improvement initiatives related to IT service delivery.• Lead and direct the work of on and off-team Associates. • Develop and manage staff plans incorporating both internal and external talent to provide skill sets required for effective delivery.• Provide input into personnel decisions, budgeting, planning, policies, processes, and procedures.
