As Executive Vice President at Central I lead the Human Resources Team, Act as the main recruiter, sit on the executive team, work on management training and the total customer experience.As lead recruiter the goal is to find the right fit, not only for the position but for the company. Working candidates through a 3 tiered interview process as well as assessments allows us to find the best person for the position.KPI\'s (key performance indicators) are a great way to measure performance and gives the manager and the team member goals to discuss at quarterly review meetings. Working with those team members through the review process leads to discussions of future career paths and growth within the company.
