I coached the teams to improve and take responsibility for their actions; ensuring our stand by our code of ethics (definition of done, highest quality in potentially releasable state).+ Coordinates inter-team cooperation and helps the team operate well on the train. Facilitates Scrum of Scrums (SoS) meeting for representatives of multiple teams working to deliver same product to discuss dependencies issues and increment integration issues
