About Bara Mann

I envision a world in which each person lives their full authentic expression, embraces their connection to all beings and our planet, and knows and feels that they matter and they belong. I work toward this reality by guiding and supporting people in expanding their awareness, discovering and embracing all facets of themselves, and in deepening their connection with the world around them. I understand that safe expression differs depending on identity characteristics, location, and more. My goal is to create a world in which everyone is free to be who they are, wherever they are. I believe this requires Connection, Compassion, and Conscious Awareness. At BaraCo I support my community in choosing these ways of being through one-on-one support, public speaking, and community engagement. I tailor my one-on-one approach to each individual I work with, using techniques such as intuitive questioning and energy healing, including Reiki, pendulum healing, and release of trapped emotions. I also use proven app-based technology to support folks in building their positive intelligence muscles, taking them from self-sabotage to self-mastery. The engineering roles I held before this prepared me well for this work. My technical, project management, and personnel management experience taught me to work with all kinds of people and to think outside of the box. One way I differ from many coaches is that I don\'t tell my clients what they should do; I help them come to those conclusions on their own so they never forget that they\'re in charge of their own life experience. My vision for our future propels me to stay active in my local and online community: I volunteer weekly for the Beach Cities Health District I volunteer at various local events throughout the year I am a co-creator and facilitator of Revel Gear’s Empower Hour, a support and encouragement group for women looking to bring more mindfulness and consciousness into their careers I am Director of Membership & Recruitment of HERmosa circle, which supports women, femme, and nonbinary identifying people in business by bringing together individual strengths to accelerate growth, inclusiveness, and drive success I\'m a member of the Leadership Hermosa Beach class of 2023 My email address is b•••@baraco.org. For sustained results, we focus on building neural pathways that form lasting new habits. That’s why we call this “mental fitness\".I make this program available to all of my one on one coaching clients.
