Creating value for the department\'s customers by coordinating between lenders and borrowers in connection with securities transactions in a covered short configuration, buying/selling securities in general - Futures, Stocks, Bonds, Options, and rights. Coordination between the department\'s clients in Swap Agreements, Equity Swaps, OTC transactions, IRS, FORWARD, Stack & Rolling Hedge, and more. Closing complex & exclusive deals between institutional entities, private hedge funds, and the bank. Strategic learning of the customer\'s past deals, building & provide new deals that reflect his strategy. deals with a range of 50-500M NIS. Coordination between the department\'s clients and the Israel Stock Exchange with regard to IPOs. Daily control of the department\'s customer portfolios. Especially when it comes to collateral against leverage and credit in the customer portfolio. Detection of anomalies and adjustments specific to assets in accordance with positions in the client\'s portfolio. The control is done through the use of a number of models, VAR, MTM, Bond Matrix, Black & Scholes, Bond ratings, Stock ratings, and Options Management tools.
