It is headquartered in Grenoble (France) with subsidiary facilities in the United States, China, Denmark and Singapore.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities:\\\\n\\\\n- Install and commission systems composed of unique components and valued up to 2M euros in Europe, Asia, and North America.\\\\n- Troubleshoot vacuum, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, motors, mechanics, software, and computer networks\\\\n- Train customers and distributors on the handling and the maintenance of the instrument\\\\n- Provide customer support including after-sales service, and monitoring of customer satisfaction\\\\n- Identify and manage risks for factory assembly and installation\\\\n- Technical Expert on MetalJet X-ray source by Excillum\\\\n- Provide suggestions for Design Improvement\\\\n- Present to executive leadership\\\\n- Develop technical documentation\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
