Bao-Tram Do is an awarding winning professional in philanthropy, social impact strategist and entrepreneur. She brings a collaborative approach, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit to overseeing philanthropic investments and launching catalytic community and business initiatives. With over 12 years of experience in philanthropy and social impact, Bao-Tram has served in non-profit leadership, managed multi-million-dollar grant programs as a Program Officer, advanced advocacy efforts towards global greater access to reproductive health, and mobilized diverse communities towards political power.She has been on the board of directors for APACEvotes and Summer Search and was appointed by the Mayor of Seattle to serve on the City of Seattle Immigrant & Refugee Commission. As a Gates Millennium Scholar, Bao-Tram earned her MPH from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and BA in sociology at Whitman College. She has been recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as a 40 under 40 Honoree (2024), Daylight Advisors Prismatic Accelerator Fellow (2024), Atlantik-Brücke New Bridge Program Fellow (2023), Washington Wedding Day Finalist and Awardee (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025), and Center for Women & Democracy Awardee (2017).
