Manage accounting operations, such as daily banking, accounts payables and receivables, and numerous ad hoc reports. Review and approve journal entries crafted by Accountants, and generate regular entries for month-end closure, aiding in various monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures. Review monthly Bank Reconciliation prepared by Accountants. Oversee the management of fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid expenses for the company. Assess and authorize coding on invoices within Paper Save, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage wire transfers, ACH, and check payments, including positive pay approval, and coordinate submission of payment release forms to the bank. Scrutinize account reconciliations prepared by Accountants, conduct diverse reconciliations to verify fair account representation, including intercompany reconciliations, and process monthly payroll journal entries for active entities, overseeing payroll and tax expense reconciliations quarterly. Compile weekly reconciled cash position and advise the Operations Controller on the preferred payment schedule for the week. Actively participate in preparing auditor deliverables, addressing inquiries, and providing direction and support for year-end audits and quarterly reviews. Ensure accurate recording of accounts receivable and accounts payable subledgers to align with expected Company invoices. Collaborate with Reporting Controller in producing financial and consolidation reports, as well as financial disclosures within the Cognos System, on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Offer regular performance feedback and foster the professional development of team members. Engage in handling the diverse tax filings for the company. Participate in Proman USA\'s community outreach committee, contributing to various activities and charitable organizations throughout the year. Introduced Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments as a payment method for the company.
